x402 Mantle SDK + Facilitator Kit is a gasless payments infrastructure built specifically for the Mantle Hackathon.
The project enables developers to integrate gasless USDC transactions on Mantle with minimal effort. It is based on the x402 payment flow and leverages EIP-3009 (transferWithAuthorization) to allow users to authorize payments via a standard wallet signature, without needing to hold native tokens for gas fees.
The system consists of two core components:
TypeScript SDK — designed for fast integration into existing applications, providing a simple and transparent API for initiating and tracking gasless payments.
Facilitator — available in both hosted and self-hosted modes. The facilitator handles transaction submission, gas sponsorship, validation, and detailed analytics, making the solution production-ready.
The infrastructure includes a dashboard for monitoring transactions, viewing detailed logs, and analyzing payment flows. Developers can run the facilitator locally or deploy it in their own environment, giving full control over security and execution.
This project aims to improve developer experience and user onboarding on Mantle by removing gas friction and enabling seamless, stablecoin-based payments using USDC.
