Yield Sphere Mini App is an AI-powered SocioFi companion that simplifies one of DeFi’s most complex protocols: Pendle. Built as a Farcaster mini app during the buildathon, it turns advanced concepts like yield tokenization, principal and yield tokens, and even stablecoin innovation into interactive, conversational learning. With chat-based guidance, structured lessons, and gamified quests, Pendle Agent lowers the barrier to understanding and experimenting with yield strategies — while helping onboard more users and transactions to the Arbitrum ecosystem.

Yield Sphere is an AI-powered Farcaster integration that makes Pendle Protocol’s advanced yield tokenization simple, social, and approachable. Built during the buildathon with a focus on DeFi + SocioFi, the app acts as a conversational companion where users can learn about Pendle, explore strategies, and experiment with ideas like stablecoin innovation through principal- and yield-backed assets.
The mini app provides three key experiences:
• Chat: Ask natural language questions about Pendle, yields, or stablecoin design and get clear, contextual answers from the AI agent.
• Learn: Structured educational content to gradually build understanding of PT, YT, AMM mechanics, and advanced yield strategies.
• Quest: A gamified journey where users complete challenges, earn points, and unlock achievements while mastering DeFi concepts.
By abstracting complexity into an interactive, social format, Pendle Agent lowers the barrier for new users, supports developers and educators, and contributes to growing Arbitrum’s TVL and transaction activity.

We created Pendle Agent Mini App entirely from scratch during the buildathon. This meant not only building the mini app itself, but also learning Pendle Protocol, DeFi mechanics, and Farcaster mini app development on the fly. Our focus was on turning Pendle’s complex yield tokenization concepts into something approachable and social. Along the way, we experimented with AI chat, gamified quests, and structured learning modules—all new to us at the start of the event. While the implementation is still simple and early, the buildathon gave us the foundation: we now understand how to connect DeFi + SocioFi, and we’re excited to expand the project further to drive stablecoin innovation and Arbitrum ecosystem growth.
