  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Develop sales strategies to expand customer base.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance team performance.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Team Manager (TM) in the BPO industry with a proven record of leading and achieving sales targets or driving performance within a team
  • A successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly for leading meetings, negotiating with clients, and liaising with other departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify issues, assess solutions, and implement strategies that address both client and team challenges.
  • Effectively analyze data in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to optimize sales processes, track performance, and improve customer relationships
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and guide team members to reach their full potential. Experienced in one-on-one coaching and group training.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
