1. Influencer/Affiliate/Media Personnel Identification and Outreach

 - Research and identify potential influencers, affiliates, brand ambassadors, media personnel across various social media platforms.

 - Develop and maintain a database of influencers relevant to our brand.

 - Conduct outreach to influencers and manage initial communications to gauge interest and alignment.

2. Campaign Management

 - Assist in the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns.

 - Coordinate with influencers to ensure campaign deliverables are met, including content creation, posting schedules, and compliance with brand guidelines.

 - Track and manage influencer contracts, deliverables, and payments.

3. Relationship Building

 - Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers to foster brand loyalty and repeat collaborations.

 - Act as the main point of contact for influencers, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.

4. Content Review and Approval

 - Review influencer content to ensure it aligns with brand standards and campaign objectives.

 - Provide feedback and guidance to influencers to optimize content performance.

5. Performance Tracking and Reporting

 - Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns using relevant metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions).

 - Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for future initiatives.

6. Trend Analysis

 - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in influencer marketing.

 -Provide recommendations on how to incorporate new trends and strategies into our influencer marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, digital marketing, or a related field is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience working with influencers or managing social media accounts is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and influencer marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
