Senior Finance Analyst (FP&A)

This role provides financial support by managing business financial performance thru analysis of month to date and year to date financial statements, measuring versus budget and prior year periods, and collaborating with commercial teams. Key responsibilities include preparation of monthly management financial statements, monitoring of financial performance, reviewing costs, and partnering with commercial teams to analyze pricing, profitability, and performance of financial simulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to legal requirements, Pharma regulations, and GPPI policy and procedures.
• Work closely with the commercial teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making related to pricing, profitability, and resource allocation.
• Track and improve performance metrics such as profitability, revenue generation, and operational efficiency.
• Review and control expenses, ensuring efficient cost management to optimize financial performance.
• Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional Certification (e.g., CPA) is required
• Experience in finance, financial analysis, or business partnering, with a proven track record of strategic contributions
