Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, based in Taguig. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for various HR functions including implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, and ensuring compliance with company regulations. Daily tasks will involve recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and conducting training sessions for staff development.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management
- Proficient in implementing HR Policies and HR Management
- Experience with Employee Benefits administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in an HR role is preferred
