System Architect (Team Leader)

Role Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end system architecture design across front-end, back-end, data, and AI domains.
2. Own technical solution design, architecture reviews, and system planning for new initiatives.
3. Guide engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-performance, and maintainable solutions.
4. Evaluate, select, and introduce modern frameworks, platforms, and DevOps capabilities.
5. Engage directly with international clients (e.g., UAE, AGO) to ensure technical feasibility, sustainability, and delivery success.

Role Requirements

1. 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
2. Fluent English, with the ability to conduct professional technical discussions with global stakeholders.
3. Strong full-stack background, covering modern front-end frameworks, back-end technologies, databases, big data, and AI.
4. Solid expertise in cloud-native architecture, microservices, API design, and distributed systems.
5. Prior experience in cross-border or multinational projects is a strong advantage.
