Marketing Specialist – E-Bike Company

Duties & Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote e-bike models, accessories, and services
  • Support product launches, promos, and seasonal campaigns
  • Coordinate with Sales and Channel teams to align marketing activities with dealer needs

Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Manage and create content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Assist in content planning, posting schedules, and basic analytics
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers for marketing materials

Brand & Communications

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials
  • Prepare marketing collaterals (brochures, posters, dealer kits, online assets)
  • Handle basic copywriting for ads, captions, email blasts, and announcements

Market Research & Reporting

  • Conduct market and competitor research (pricing, models, trends)
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
  • Gather customer and dealer feedback to improve marketing strategies

Events & Partnerships

  • Assist in organizing roadshows, test rides, trade events, and dealer activations
  • Coordinate with partners and suppliers for event requirements
  • Support influencer, community, and brand partnership activities

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand support
  • Experience in automotive, motorcycle, e-bike, or lifestyle brands is an advantage

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and trends
  • Basic skills in content creation, copywriting, and analytics
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with digital ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) is a plus
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and organized

Other Requirements

  • Willing to work on-site and during events as needed
  • Open to occasional travel for roadshows and dealer activations
  • Flexible schedule during campaigns and product launches
