Business Development Supervisor / Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Supervisor / Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building key relationships, and driving the company’s growth. You will work closely with senior management to develop strategies for increasing revenue, expanding into new markets, and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and areas for expansion.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Develop and manage a business development pipeline to ensure consistent growth and expansion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 
• Proven experience as a Business Development in a Logistics Company or similar role, with a track record of successfully driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel as needed.
