Job Overview
We are looking for experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our Financial Account based in IT Park, Cebu. The role involves assisting customers with financial-related inquiries, resolving concerns efficiently, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions related to financial services
• Assist customers with account-related inquiries and concerns
• Provide accurate information while maintaining professionalism and compliance
• Document customer interactions and update records in the system
• Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
• Must have at least 6 months international voice BPO experience
• Open to HS Graduate (old curriculum) or SHS Graduate (new curriculum)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Willing to work onsite in IT Park, Cebu
• Must be available to start on June 15 or 29, 2026
• Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
