What truly sets BIMA apart is the introduction of the “Inspector” role: trusted, recognizable community figures such as local chiefs, licensed surveyors, and land officers. These are real people users can see, engage with, and hold accountable, anchoring blockchain security in familiar social trust.
By blending on-chain transparency with human verification, BIMA creates a land marketplace that is not only technically secure, but also culturally grounded and deeply trustworthy.
Built a Mantle-compatible MVP with tokenized land titles (ERC-721). Integrated inspector multi-sign verification and escrowed payments. Stored land listings and documents securely on IPFS. Tested and deployed on Mantle Sepolia, ready for demo.
BIMA is currently bootstrapped and in early MVP development. The project is not yet venture-funded and is being built specifically for this hackathon. We are seeking ecosystem grants, technical support, and post-hackathon partnerships to continue development, conduct security audits, and pilot real-world deployments.
