Chainvoice is a decentralized invoicing and payment platform built for Web3 freelancers, businesses, and DAOs. It eliminates the outdated process of sharing PDF invoices and manually checking wallet addresses. Instead, users can create, share, and pay invoices entirely on-chain with built-in wallet authentication, automated status tracking, and real-time updates.

The platform supports multiple ERC-20 tokens (including stablecoins), offers pre-filled invoice links to avoid address errors, and ensures data privacy with encryption. Features like overdue invoice tracking, late fees, batch processing, manual fee adjustment, and wallet notifications via Push Protocol make it highly efficient and user-friendly.

Chainvoice makes crypto invoicing as seamless and secure as traditional systems—minus the intermediaries.

During the hackathon, I aim to transform Chainvoice into a fully functional Web3 invoicing platform by: Integrating Multi-Token Support to allow payments in any ERC-20 token, including stablecoins. Implementing Pre-filled Invoice Links so users can generate shareable URLs with auto-filled invoice data. Adding Invoice Cancellation to give users the ability to cancel unpaid invoices. Building Overdue Tracking & Notification System to automatically mark late invoices and send reminders via Push Protocol. Developing a Manual Fee Adjustment Mechanism using off-chain ETH price tracking and admin-controlled fee updates. Improving the Dashboard UI/UX with filters, search, and pagination to enhance usability. By the end of the hackathon, I aim to deliver a working demo with end-to-end functionality on a testnet, showcasing seamless on-chain invoicing, token payments, and wallet-native user experience.

Chainvoice has not raised any external funding yet. We’re currently focused on building a solid MVP and validating the product through hackathons and open-source contributions. We're open to future grant opportunities and strategic partnerships to support platform growth and development.
