After watching the documentary about the McDonalds' Mcmillions scam, where mcdonalds' lottery operators scammed a lot of players who thought they were participating in a fair lottery, only for them to find out that it was rigged! I thought that if the lottery was onchain this wouldn't have happened, which is why I built Megamint.
Megamint is a blockchain lotteries & giveaways platform, where creators & projects can engage and monetize their communities. Let's face it, there aren't that many ways for creators to engage their audience in a meaningful and exciting way, a lottery fixes that, the creators fans get to participate in something together and the thrill of "what if I win" takes the excitement up a notch. Creators and projects will also soon be able to launch onchain giveaways for their tokens, where the community can participate in something new and exciting and stand a chance to win the tokens.
