WHAT IS PROJECT 87:
PROJECT 87 is an autonomous DeFi infrastructure platform on Arbitrum that lets users delegate borrowing and trading permissions to an AI-powered bot through gasless EIP-712 signatures — without ever giving up custody of their funds.

HOW DOES PROJECT 87 WORK:
The bot monitors Aave collateral positions in real-time, automatically executing growth strategies (borrow, swap, re-supply) and opening short hedges when it detects rapid market drops. That fucntionallity runs continuously, growing a wallets assets and results in a USDC escrow thats ready for withdrawl or redeploy, acting as a self-growing on-chain treasury for wallet users.

HOW CAN DEVELOPERS USE PROJECT 87:
PROJECT 87 provides connected users a REST API that allows external platforms the use of this automonuse tresuray functionallty. In short by using the API developers can enable thier OpenClaw agents to programmatically delegated funds, while users maintain full control through the PROJECT 87 dashboard.

An AI agent runs a brand’s social media giveaway: it posts the contest, tracks likes/comments, picks a random winner, then uses PROJECT 87 to pull USDC from an on‑chain prize pool and automatically buys and emails the winner an Amazon gift card—no human needed at payout time.

• Automatic rent rewards

A property manager’s AI agent checks who paid rent on time for 6 months straight, then calls PROJECT 87 to use USDC held in escrow to fund a $50 VISA gift card for each qualifying tenant and sends it automatically as a “thank you” reward.

• Fitness challenge payouts

A fitness app’s AI agent sees which users hit the monthly step goal, taps PROJECT 87’s and the system uses its USDC reserve, and instantly purchases and emails them a merchant specific gift cards to the winners the moment they cross the finish line.

• Built full 5-step Sequential Signer activation flow (WBTC approval, DAI/WETH credit delegation via EIP-712, USDC approval, USDT approval)

• Implemented autonomous strategy engine with growth mode (DAI borrow → multi-hop swaps → re-supply) and short hedging

• Created real-time collateral velocity tracking with snapshot-based drop detection

• Developed multi-tenant FastAPI backend with wallet-based auth (EIP-4361), API key issuance, and delegation status monitoring

• Built nurse sweep system for automatic collateral management with dust floors

• Integrated Uniswap V3 multi-hop routing with pre-flight path auditing

• Deployed live on Arbitrum mainnet with working delegation, borrowing, and swap execution
