At HackQuest, we aim to build an active and enthusiastic community in the Web3 world. As part of this mission, we’re excited to launch a new tiered structure for our HackQuest Advocates Program, offering more opportunities and recognition for advocates based on their contributions.
Previously, co-learning camp graduates were automatically enrolled in the program, but we’re now expanding it with an open application process and structured tiers, allowing advocates from diverse backgrounds and skill sets to join.
Why Become a HackQuest Advocate:

New Open Application Process
We’re now accepting applications from individuals with specialized skills in areas like developer relations and advocacy, Web3 marketing and community management, graphic design and video editing, and more. Here’s how it works:
Introducing the Tiered Advocate Structure
Our new structure features four levels, giving you a clear path for growth:
HQ Advocates (Level Zero) – Probation Phase
Newly selected advocates begin here, with a 45-day probation period. During this time, performance is tracked via the Zealy leaderboard. Advocates who meet the success criteria will be promoted to the next level; those who do not will be withdrawn from consideration.
Evangelist (Level One)
After probation or graduating from our co-learning camps, advocates become Evangelists. They’ll represent HackQuest in their communities, organize events, and participate in exclusive activities. Monthly rewards are given to the top three contributors.
Contributor (Level Two)
After at least three months of active engagement, advocates can become Contributors, gaining perks like custom goodies, event representation, and public recognition.
Senator (Top Level)
Senators are selected for their leadership and long-term impact, receiving exclusive perks, job referral opportunities, and the chance to establish HackQuest Local Chapters.
👉 Additionally, selected advocates from the Contributor and Senator levels will get an opportunity to interview for exciting positions at HackQuest, including Developer Advocate Intern and Community Manager Intern.
Whether you’re a co-learning camp graduate or a Web3 enthusiast, the HackQuest Advocates Program offers opportunities to grow your skills, influence, and network. Our new tiered structure allows you to advance and even unlock exciting career opportunities.
